9:30-10:30am Yoga in the Echo Valley Provincial Park

*10:30-11:30a -Hatha Yoga – Yoga Haven Regina

**We are at 2120 Broad St. with a back alley entrance in the same building. The new entrance has two brown doors with our Yoga Haven sign.
*All class pricing currently includes 5% GST. 

Please let me know which class(es) you are registering for when you send your etransfer.
Do not come to class if you are experiencing any cold or flu like symptoms. Please inform each instructor if you have any medical concerns or injuries…bring your own props…take off your shoes downstairs…avoid wearing perfumes to class…turn off your cell phones…..please arrive on time.
